Big Size on a Small budget

I was supposed to go to the Capital Grill today with my mom for lunch but I slept in. I had about 15 minutes to get ready but I think it turned out ok. I really like this maxi-dress, especially the color. I usually wear it with a belt but I didn't have time to put on my spanx so that would have been bad.

I am just running errands today and decided to pull out this old top. I don't wear it much because it is really boxy but I love the color. I have tried a belt but it does not work. Maybe I can ask someone to take in the sides a little bit. It was a pretty cheap top so I am not too invested in the piece.
I also noticed that I have not posted my purses. I love purses. My friends say I spend too much on purses but I wear flip flops, don't wear make-up and can't fit into designer clothes so purses are my splurge item.
I like the mix of plaid in the shirt and zebra on the bag.

Sorry I have not posted in a while, life has been crazy. I am trying to move so I am trying to cut back on my shopping so I want to get more creative with outfits. I love this shirt. It reminds me of Stella McCartney's Fall Collection but much, much cheaper. I will try to be more regular with my post in June.

So I have been away for a while. I got back from my trip and I am in the middle of working 7 days in a row. This is what I wore to work, not really exciting but the leggings are new and I love the detail.

I went to my friends graduation. Congrats Gar. I am leaving for DC on the red eye tonight and wanted to do my outfit post. I will probably not post while I am there but I am planning on dressing up so I hope to post later. I love this dress. It has pockets, which I love.

Going to work, so I have to wear all black. You can have color in front as long as it is all black from the back. I tried to mix it up a bit by adding a necklace. I know the pants fit weird but they were cheap.

I had a presentation today, which is why my hair is straight. It was pretty informal so I went with a nice shirt and jeans. I got my sister to take the picture so it was better than yesterday.

I have no idea how my favorite bloggers post fashion pictures. It took forever but I still don't have good shots. I have been called into work for a few hours, this is much nicer than my usually Sunday fair. I will wear the heels for about half the day and then change into some flats that I have.
